Posture Correction Program
Posture Correction Program Built for the modern desk-bound body.

About service:
Posture Correction Program
Long hours at a desk leave a mark — this program erases it. A structured pathway for neck and shoulder pain, rounded shoulders and upper-back curvature, and lower-back pain linked to prolonged sitting and a sedentary lifestyle.
About This Program:
At PhysioWell, we treat posture as a trainable, correctable system — not a habit you're stuck with. The Posture Correction Program is designed for the very real consequences of modern life: neck and shoulder pain, rounded shoulders and thoracic stiffness, and the low-back discomfort that comes from sitting far more than the body was built for.
Rather than simply telling you to "sit up straight," we analyze exactly where your alignment is breaking down, correct your working environment, and retrain the muscles and movement patterns that hold you upright. Across three progressive phases, we reduce overload, rebuild endurance in corrected positions, and transfer those gains directly back into your working day so the results actually last.
A weight and nutrition assessment is included as part of your initial evaluation to support your overall movement health.
🔬 Objective Posture Analysis & Ergonomic Correction
The Posture Correction Program begins with a comprehensive posture and movement assessment and a detailed analysis of spine and pelvis imbalances. We pair this clinical picture with a review of your working environment (ergonomics), so we're not only strengthening the right muscles — we're removing the daily loads that created the problem in the first place. Progress is re-assessed throughout so the corrected pattern becomes your new default.
🗓️ Program Structure
Phase 1 (Sessions 1–3) — Unload & Reset: Reduce excess load and build postural awareness. Includes posture analysis, ergonomic correction of your workstation, thoracic mobility, breathing reset, and deep neck-muscle activation. Therapeutic aids are used only as needed for pain relief.
Phase 2 (Sessions 4–8) — Rebuild Endurance: Build endurance in the corrected movement patterns. Includes scapular stability, hip-extension mobility, light posterior-chain work on HUR systems (push/pull), and spine alignment with rib-and-pelvis stacking through Pilates.
Phase 3 (Sessions 9–12) — Back to Work: Transfer results into your working life with workstation simulation, structured sitting-break systems, lifting mechanics, and standing tolerance.
