Spine Restore Program
Struggling with disc pain, chronic back pain, or sciatica? PhysioWell's Spine Restore Program offers advanced, structured spinal rehabilitation to rebuild your strength and stability.

About service:
Spine Restore Program
A structured, evidence-based path to spinal rehabilitation — rebuilding strength, stability, and freedom of movement from the inside out.
About This Program:
Chronic spinal conditions don't resolve on their own — they require a systematic, structured approach guided by specialists who understand the complexity of the spine. The Spine Restore Program at PhysioWell is designed for individuals living with disc-related pain, chronic low back pain, or sciatica, and delivers a comprehensive rehabilitation journey built around your specific presentation.
Our approach goes far beyond pain relief. We use advanced biomechanical analysis to understand exactly how your spine is moving, where the dysfunction lies, and how to build lasting structural support through targeted manual therapy, spinal stability training, and progressive functional loading — all tailored to your body and your goals.
Integrated within every program is a personalized nutritional consultation, ensuring that your recovery is supported both inside the clinic and in your daily life.
🔬 Advanced Biomechanical Assessment
Your program begins with a thorough 45-minute evaluation covering clinical diagnosis, red-flag screening, functional capacity assessment, movement analysis, and baseline outcome measures. A weight and nutritional assessment is included, with VALD performance testing added for athletic, post-surgical, or asymmetry-driven presentations. Re-evaluation occurs every 6 sessions to track your progress and refine your plan.
🗓️ Program Structure
Phase 1 : Reduce irritability, identify directional preference, normalize gait and daily movement patterns. Includes manual therapy, decompression offloading, core activation, and hip mobility. Supported by TCARE/laser and anti-gravity treadmill where needed.
Phase 2 : Build spinal stability and load tolerance through Pilates neutral spine, multifidus and transverse abdominis activation, bridge and anti-rotation work, and HUR-supported strengthening. Includes gait retraining and tolerance-building for sitting, bending, and lifting.
Phase 3 : Work and life reintegration through progressive hinge, lift, carry, stair, and endurance training. VALD strength profiling added for higher-demand patients.
