The Sports Recovery Program is performance-driven rehabilitation journey built specifically for athletes and active individuals recovering from knee or shoulder injuries, training overload, or sport-related dysfunction.
Every element of this program is designed with athletic performance in mind. From the very first session, we establish objective baseline data using the VALD performance system, then build a progressive, phased program that restores strength, corrects asymmetries, retrains sport-specific movement, and ultimately prepares your body to meet the real demands of your sport with full confidence.
A personalized nutrition and weight assessment consultation is integrated into the program from the start, supporting recovery, tissue healing, and performance readiness throughout your journey.

Our Sports Recovery Program is anchored by the VALD performance testing system, which gives our physiotherapists precise, objective measurements of force output, asymmetry, landing mechanics, and strength ratios. This data eliminates guesswork and allows us to set clear, measurable targets for each phase of your return-to-play journey — and to know with confidence when you are truly ready to compete.
🗓️ Program Structure
Phase : Protect tissue, maintain fitness, and establish baseline. Treatment includes VALD baseline testing, manual therapy, symptom control, isometrics, and low-load strength. Supported by laser/TCARE, cryotherapy post-load, hydrotherapy, and anti-gravity treadmill for lower-limb cases.
Phase 2 : Restore strength, dynamic control, and reduce asymmetry. Includes HUR progressive strengthening, NordBord hamstring protocols, ForceFrame and DynaMo strength targets, Pilates lumbopelvic control, and Galileo neuromuscular preparation.
Phase 3 : Return-to-play readiness. Includes plyometric preparation, deceleration training, change-of-direction, SmartSpeed agility, and ForceDecks landing strategy. Sport-specific conditioning and decision-making drills are built into every final session.
